FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY  £55

Facial reflexology is a therapy that uses the face as a map of the body. We can tell if reflexes are out of balance from the look and feel of the skin. Not only does it help with balancing the body's systems, but the sequence also massages the muscles and nerves of the face that can become tight and compressed. 
Benefits:  Improves Migraines , Bells Palsy, Bruxism and Tinnitus. Reduce stress and tension, leaving you feeling relaxed.Uses lymphatic drainage movements which can help to reduce puffiness​.Increased blood flow, giving a natural glow.

ZONE FACELIFT:    

£70 per singular treatment.£65 per treatment if booking a course.

90 minute treatment.
A 12 week course. A mix of facial reflexology with lifting and sculpting massage with facial tools. A way to treat the outside and inside. Mind, body and soul. You get the same benefits as with facial reflexology along with more rejuvenating massage for the face and neck.

MENOPAUSE REFLEXOLOGY:

An aromatherapy massage using a bespoke massage blend made just for you. Allowing the essential oils to do their magic while I release stress, tension and tight muscles.

PREGNANCY AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE.       £60

Aromatherapy massage during pregnancy can help to reduce stress, anxiety, aches and pains. Encouraging a better sleep cycle.

You will need to have a full consultation prior to your treatment, so I can make blends especially for you. Safety of essential oils is of up most importance. I only use oils safe for use during pregnancy. The main aim is that you feel supported and are comfortable. As your bump appears the massage will be side lying with plenty of pillows to support you. You`ll be able to take the remainder of the oil home for use and other goodies to help ease any discomforts in between treatments.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Good for overworked muscles that are tight. The use of trigger points and stretch massage may be included if needed. At the end, a relaxing scalp treatment incorporating Indian head massage.
